Freeholders meet next week, next month on home rule charter
Vancouver, WA – The Clark County Board of Freeholders will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, in the sixth-floor training room of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.
The meeting is open to the public.
Carolyn Long, associate professor in the School of Politics, Philosophy and Public Affairs at Washington State University Vancouver, is scheduled to present an overview of county government.
Board members will discuss the separation of legislative and executive powers.
Next month, Board of Freeholders meetings are scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 11 and Jan. 25. Both meetings will begin at 9 a.m. on the sixth-floor of the Public Service Center.
