The 2015 property tax foreclosure auction is over.
ALL PROPERTIES ARE SOLD “AS IS.” Prospective bidders should exercise due diligence when considering bidding on a property. The sale of these properties should not, in anyway, be equated to real estate sales by a licensed salespeople, brokers or realtors. The County of Clark makes no guarantee or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, relative to the title, legal lot determination, zoning classification, building permit eligibility, location or condition of the properties for sale. Property taxes delinquent and currently due will be paid from the proceeds of the sale.
The only way to purchase property from a tax foreclosure sale is to participate in the annual auction, which is conducted through the internet by the County Treasurer’s third-party vendor. The Tax Foreclosure sale is typically held each year early in February.
