ELECTIONS OFFICE TENANT IMPROVEMENT

This is a phased project of approximately 26,100 sf.  The project will consist of interior building modifications to all of level 2, including modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and new lighting throughout; adding a fire riser room to level 1; bringing a new fire line to the building from Franklin Street; adding fire sprinklers to the entire building; adding a generator to the south side of the site; modifying the west façade to include a new pair of double doors and concrete walkway to connect to an existing sidewalk.
