Victim Panel


The DUI Victim's Panel is a community meeting where volunteers who have been victims, offenders, and witnesses give testimonies of experience they or loved ones have endured due to the actions of drunk or drugged drivers. The panel's focus is to encourage people to be responsible for their choices. Persons who are convicted of driving under the influence as well as other alcohol related offenses are mandated by the court system to attend one of these meetings.

Cost to attend the class is $75.00, this must be paid to sign up for the class.

PRIOR TO MAILING IN YOUR PAYMENT OR PAYING ONLINE, CALL DISTRICT COURT PROBATION at (564) 397-2424 to check for available dates, get your ZZ number and instructions.

NO RESCHEDULES - only exceptions are Jail, Medical, or Death in Family (all with verification) **Know your schedule before signing up for a class**

If you attend victim's panel under the influence of alcohol, you will be subject to a breath test; you will receive a "Failure to Comply" and be returned to court. Children/Guests are not admitted.
