The Assessor’s Office is seeking services for digital aerial imagery to support its mandated appraisal functions. Combined with street view imagery, the use of oblique aerial imagery will allow most urban physical inspections to be performed virtually. In late 2021, the Assessor’s Office will conduct a pilot project to determine the feasibility of adopting new technologies to support physical inspection of residential properties

The purpose of this project is to document the Clark County Public Works fiber optic network field infrastructure using OSPInSight. OSPInSight is utilized to document and manage the county’s infrastructure, and to work with other partner agencies to document the use of fiber plants across agencies. OSPInSight will save time and effort of the traffic signals and operation section of Clark County Public Works allowing for future expansion and help them to better connect with the other local agencies.

The NE 179th Street / I-5 Interchange area has several projects planned by Clark County, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), and private development. WSDOT plans to replace the NE 179th Street interchange on I-5 in the coming years, Clark County plans road improvement projects at intersections on both the east and west sides of the interchange as well as in between, and a private developer plans a new intersection at NE 12th Avenue as part of an adjacent development.

Clark County is seeking requests for proposals for an organization to assume all responsibilities associated with providing and maintaining volunteer guardian ad litem services for dependent children (Title 13) primarily serving youth from ages birth to 12.

The goal is to have the consultant develop DEI guidance for the Transportation System Plan through Clark County Public Works.
