On December 7, 1971, Jamie Grissim, 16, left Fort Vancouver High School but never returned home. In the months following her disappearance, Jamie’s school ID card and several personal items were discovered along Dole Valley Road in east Clark County. 

Despite extensive investigation, very little is known about what happened to Jamie, and her remains have never been found. Based on the circumstances of her disappearance and the location where her belongings were recovered—near sites associated with known victims of convicted serial killer Warren Forrest—investigators believe Jamie may have been an early victim of Forrest. 

Jamie Grissim remains missing, and her case is unsolved.
