Citizens who are not currently registered to vote in the state of Washington may register for the Aug. 2, 2016 primary and special election by appearing in person at the Clark County Elections Office, 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver through Monday, July 25.
All voters in Clark County will receive ballots for this election.
