The closure decision was made in consideration of the health of customers, employees and the community. We encourage our customers to use online services. Customers may contact staff by phone or email.

Permit application submittal guidelines
We are requesting all applicants to apply online prior to making their permit application appointment.
Follow these guidelines:
- Building applications: application submittal (PDF), permit issuance (PDF)
- Land Use Review applications (PDF)
- Wetland/Habitat Review applications (PDF)
- Development Engineering submittals (PDF)
Please do not upload documents for building or fire applications.
For new applications, revision submittal, or permit issuance, an appointment is required. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your appointment. Important information will be emailed to you regarding your appointment. Please follow the directions in the email.
You will not be meeting with a staff member when submitting a new application or revisions. Separate appointments are required to apply for and to pick up your permit.
For a more timely and accurate response, provide detailed information such as the permit number, address, and/or parcel number.
