• Held directly with the Court; may not be monitored or have balance statements automated; no management fees charged; one-time late fee imposed upon timeliness of payment
• Payment Plan Request Form

3rd Party Payment Plans:

• Set up via third-party (Signal Credit Management); monitored with balance statements automated; management fee charged; additional fees based on amounts and timeliness

Civil Fee Waivers are available upon request. If waiver is requested, case filing will be delayed until it has been reviewed by a Judicial Officer. Keep deadlines in mind - waiver should be requested as soon as possible. You will be notified by District Court staff whether the waiver has been approved or denied and you will be given next steps at that time.
