District Court offers two Payment Plan options:

Court Payment Plans:

• Held directly with the Court; no monthly statements; combines all eligible balances into one monthly payment; no management fees charged; one-time late fee imposed upon failure to pay and assignment of account to collections
• Payment Plan Request Form

3rd Party Payment Plans:

• Set up via third-party (Signal Credit Management); monitored with balance statements automated; management fee charged; additional fees based on number of cases; late fees may be charged; default will result in assignment of account to collections

Civil Fee Waivers are available upon request. If waiver is requested, case filing will be delayed until it has been reviewed by a Judicial Officer. Keep deadlines in mind - waiver should be requested as soon as possible. You will be notified by District Court staff whether the waiver has been approved or denied and you will be given next steps at that time.
