**Your case number (also called infraction or citation) is recommended for online payment. This can be found on the original ticket along the right-hand side or at the very bottom of the page. Parking tickets can be found on the upper right-hand corner. Or case numbers can be found by going to the following website: http://dw.courts.wa.gov/

Make a Case Payment on the BillPay Portal

1. Go to the BillPay Portal
2. Search by Case number or by Last Name, First Name & Date of Birth
3. Enter in the amount to be paid, select “Add To Cart”
4. Select “Checkout”, reverify the information and select “Check Out” 
5. Select the “Method of Payment” and fill in fields
6. Select “Continue” and review
7. Once ready to pay select “I agree to the terms & conditions” and select “Submit Payment”
8. Email confirmation will be sent, or a copy of the receipt can be printed on this page

Making a Parking Ticket Payment on Civil Portal

1. Go to the Civil Portal: 
2. From the Drop Down under “Pay a bill” select “Parking Ticket” then “Next”
3. Enter Case number, Defendant First Name, Defendant Last name, Date of Birth, and payment amount then “Continue”
4. Select Payment Method and fill out payment information
5. Review payment summary, agree to terms of service and Select “Pay $ now”
6. A confirmation page will appear that can be printed and a copy will be emailed

District Court offers two Payment Plan options:

Court Payment Plans:

• Held directly with the Court; no monthly statements; combines all eligible balances into one monthly payment; no management fees charged; one-time late fee imposed upon failure to pay and assignment of account to collections
• Payment Plan Request Form

3rd Party Payment Plans:

• Set up via third-party (Signal Credit Management); monitored with balance statements automated; management fee charged; additional fees based on number of cases; late fees may be charged; default will result in assignment of account to collections

Civil Fee Waivers are available upon request. If waiver is requested, case filing will be delayed until it has been reviewed by a Judicial Officer. Keep deadlines in mind - waiver should be requested as soon as possible. You will be notified by District Court staff whether the waiver has been approved or denied and you will be given next steps at that time.
