A Non-Mandatory, but highly recommended pre-bid meeting is scheduled for:
Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 10:00 am. Contractors interested in attending shall email James Paladin at James.Paladin@clark.wa.gov to be placed on the walk-through list.
Contractors shall meet Facilities Management at: 707 W. 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 at the covered sidewalk, between Corrections and the Courthouse and sign-in. Attendees are required to bring and wear a mask during the visit and maintain a minimum of 6 feet of social distancing.
This bid shall result in an annual contract for auto body repair.
This roof recover project scope includes removal of all specifically identified areas of damaged roofing, all preparation work, and new single-ply and multi-ply roofing systems installation and associated flashing systems, including installation of miscellaneous curbs, flashing boots, drains, etc. for complete watertight installation. A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, contractors shall send only one (1) representative from their agency to the meeting.
Attendees shall go to the Courthouse at 1200 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660 and meet on the lower West side entry, before proceeding to the screening and scanning area, before entry to the building.
This bid shall result in a contract for the county's legal advertising.
