Generally, the work includes but is not limited to selective demolition; new wall framing and gypsum board finishes; new doors, relites, door hardware, finishes, electrical / low voltage rough-ins and new LED light fixtures in areas of work only. Existing HVAC systems, fire alarms and fire sprinklers will need to be modified based on the new layout. The work area for the project is approximately +/-1,486 S.F.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on Monday, July 21, 2025.
Contractors shall meet on the 1st floor East side of the main lobby of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
The project consists of providing annual servicing, load banking and unscheduled repairs for twenty-eight (28) emergency generators located at various County property locations.
The project will include demolishing of existing dry fire sprinkler system from the head of the system to the piping and sprinkler heads themselves and replacing with new components.
This shall be replaced with a new dry sprinkler system. The Equestrian Arena is approximately 70,000SF.

In accordance with RCW 36.72 and 65.16, the Clark County Council is called upon annually to select from among qualified legal newspaper bidders the "best and lowest responsible bidder," considering not only price, but general circulation. A bidding newspaper shall additionally have been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior Court of Clark County, in accordance with the qualification standards set forth in RCW 65.16.020. Each bidding newspaper shall submit with its bid, documented proof that such a Superior Court order has been issued.
