This invitation to bid solicits for services to county owned portable toilets including pumping, re-charging, cleaning and re-stocking on a scheduled per site basis, subject to change. This contract also solicits bids for the delivery, service and pick up of contractor owned portable toilets to specified locations on a special request basis.
The project is a remodel of the existing lobby to reconfigure the layout and is approximately +/-4,898 SF and is located on the 1st floor of the Public Service Center.
Generally, the work includes but is not limited to selective demolition; new wall framing and gypsum board finishes; new doors, relites, door hardware, signage, finishes, electrical / low voltage rough-ins and new LED light fixtures. The existing HVAC systems, fire alarms and sprinklers will need to be modified based on the new layout.

The Clark County Public Works Fleet Services Division intends to establish a one-time purchase with a vendor to provide two (2) Broce Broom model RCT 350 sweeper or approved equal build to the specifications listed and delivered to Clark County.
The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 34,000 sf of gravel parking lot surface to an 8” depth, installation of concrete curbing, asphalt approaches at entrance and exit, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk, regarding existing water detention areas, regrading of site to improve drainage, jet-vac existing stormwater pipes and inlets and other items associated with the repair work.

The existing fire suppression system riser pipe has deteriorated and leaks at the coupling and requires replacement to maintain the fire suppression system integrity.

The project is located at the Clark County Fairgrounds and the work is only for Parking Lot “A” which is approximately 8.66-acres and is currently a mix of gravel, chip seal and asphalt.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on Monday, December 1, 2025. Attendees shall meet by the Blue Ticket Booth located on the North end of the parking lot located at 17402 NE Delfel Road, Ridgefield WA 98642.
The joint lobby is shared by multiple departments that include the Auditor, Assessor and Treasurer’s Offices. The project is a remodel of the existing lobby to reconfigure the layout and increase security measures for staff.
