Clark County District Court Pre-Trial and Probation Services office will be relocating into +/- 7,535 square feet of level 1 at Clark County’s Public Service Center at 1300 Franklin Street. 

The commercial perimeter fencing and gating to be installed around several Clark County buildings is approximately +/-1500 lineal feet.  Gating will include man gates, vehicular access gates, automatic openers, along with card access points.

The project consists of interior building modifications throughout level 2 of the Dolle Building, including modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.  The multi-tenanted floor is currently vacant and is approximately +/-14,599 sf.

The Clark County Public Works Fleet Services Division of Clark County intends to establish a one-time purchase with a vendor to provide one (1) new HCM Rush HD aluminum jet powered vessel or equivalent with trailer (or equivalent) for the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Marine Patrol Division.

We are estimating thirty-three (33) buttons shall be installed with adequate wireless receivers and six (6) spare buttons (no pagers), with most stationed at desks, an additional four (4) receivers provided and three (3) localized control units.

The Clark County Public Works Fleet Services Division intends to establish a one-time purchase with a vendor to provide one (1), MowerMax Boom Mowing machine or approved equal build to the specifications listed and delivered to Clark County, with the option for up to three (3) additional machines within the next three (3) years.

The Clark County Public Works Fleet Division intends to establish a one (1) time purchase with a vendor to provide one (1) Etnyre Black-Topper 2,000-gallon asphalt distributor truck and one (1) Etnyre Black-Topper 3,000-gallon asphalt distributor truck or approved equal build to the specifications listed and delivered to Clark County.

This is a phased project of approximately 26,100 sf.  The project will consist of interior building modifications to all of level 2, including modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and new lighting throughout; adding a fire riser room to level 1; bringing a new fire line to the building from Franklin Street; adding fire sprinklers to the entire building; adding a generator to the south side of the site; modifying the west façade to include a new pair of double doors and concrete walkway to connect to an existing sidewalk.
