It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.
General Information:

Clark County is soliciting proposals from qualified professional Architectural / Engineering firms, with specific expertise in the design, remodel, and construction management of County Correctional Facilities.

Release Date: Wednesday, March 15, 2023
Closing Date: Wednesday, May 10, 2023
Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 starting at 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to allow for no more than two (2) representatives from proposer to tour the spaces available.

Proposals will only be accepted by agencies that attend the mandatory meeting.

For those attending the meeting you must submit for and successfully obtain a facility clearance.  The clearance form is labeled Attachment D – Jail Clearance Application & Agreement, this form shall be submitted no later than 3:00 pm March 24, 2023.  No Exceptions.  Proposers that have passed the background check, shall meet at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 on the 1st floor in the Dragon Fly Café.
