LEICHNER LANDFILL ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES for LANDFILL MAINTENANCE and MONITORING

General Information:

The purpose of this RFP is to provide environmental engineering services to comply with maintenance and monitoring requirements of Leichner Landfill. Landfill engineering and design related to the landfill site systems are subject to approval by the LLOC and considered additional work.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A virtual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 9:00 am – Noon via Microsoft Teams.  Interested proposers shall email Mike Davis at Mike.Davis@clark.wa.gov to receive the meeting information.

 

A site meeting will be held Thursday April 13, 2023 from 9:00 am – Noon.  Interested proposers shall schedule attendance prior to the site meeting with Mike Davis at Mike.Davis@clark.wa.gov .  Access to the landfill is limited to proposer staff, regulatory agency staff, County and City staff and approved sub-contractors.  Public Access is not allowed.

General Information:

Clark County is soliciting proposals from qualified professional Architectural / Engineering firms, with specific expertise in the design, remodel, and construction management of County Correctional Facilities.

Closing Date: Wednesday, May 10, 2023
Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 starting at 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to allow for no more than two (2) representatives from proposer to tour the spaces available.

Proposals will only be accepted by agencies that attend the mandatory meeting.

For those attending the meeting you must submit for and successfully obtain a facility clearance.  The clearance form is labeled Attachment D – Jail Clearance Application & Agreement, this form shall be submitted no later than 3:00 pm March 24, 2023.  No Exceptions.  Proposers that have passed the background check, shall meet at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 on the 1st floor in the Dragon Fly Café.
