The exterior window shall have security film installed on the interior surface, to provide
better security for occupants inside the building located at 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
 

There are four (4) wooden roll-up overhead doors that need to be replaced with new metal
insulated door.

Remove and replace approximately 2,614 square feet of damaged asphalt in the parking lot and access drive, in accordance with painted markings.

The project consists of the removal and disposal of the metal corrugated roof, flashing, air vents and building gutters of the sheep barn at the fairgrounds. The roof is approximately 135’ x 33’ each side.

Then install a new metal corrugated roof with a vapor barrier, flashing, four (4) new air vents, four (4) new safety tie offs and new rain gutters with down spouts. This will include the livestock pen lean-to attached to the metal sheep barn and is approximately 95’ x 24’.

The scope of work shall include the repair of the fencing and barriers resulting from an accident.

The project requires installing food ports and locks into doors, fabricating and installing slots on the doors, fabricating and installing the back edge and bottom plate of each door and painting all new metal and frames affected by the welding.

The project consists of preparation and resurfacing of 3,400 lineal feet of 10-foot-wide gravel trail at the north end of the Lacamas Heritage Trail.

A total of thirty (30) trees will be removed among the parks, along with four (4) trees among the parks for deadwood pruning.
