The project will consist of the installation of 3M™ Scotchshield™ Safety and Security Window Film Ultra S800 or equivalent on the interior surface of the exterior windows.

The project consists of the removal and disposal of a 750-gallon abandoned septic tank and the decommissioning/removal of a 106-foot Drilled Well.

There is failing insulation and soundboard at the facility that needs to be removed and replaced, with an estimated surface area of 16,707.18 sq ft.

The roof of the Clark County Corrections Center has approximately 3,400 SF of integrated solar panels that have had the sealant and taping fail. The job would consist of removing the old mastic and taping and re-adhering to the main roof with an approved sealant.

This project consists of regrading a portion of the property to the east of an existing stall barn and paving the existing access driveway, for proper drainage and easier site access.

The existing old wood structured lean-to is rotting out and shall be removed and replaced with a new steel structed lean-to.

The project is for South Hall 3 and is essentially two (2) roofs that share a gutter in the center of both buildings, both roofs will be replaced. The West roof is approximately 180’ x 42’ each side, while the East roof is approximately 180’ x 60’ each side.  Install new corrugated roofing with vapor barrier.

The project consists of the demolition and removal of the single-family dwelling with a detached garage from a Clark County owned property.
