As of 2013, Clark County is using the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) Rosters to maintain its small works roster for non-federally funded public work projects under $350,000. This project will reconstruct the existing stormwater facility to meet current design standards and reconfigure the existing stormwater retention pond into a stormwater treatment wetland with a ‘naturalistic’ channel to improve stormwater treatment and detention.
