Vancouver, WA – Clark County’s annual Property Tax Foreclosure Auction will be held online via the foreclosure auction provider Bid4Assets at www.bid4assets.com/ClarkWA.

Doug Lasher, Clark County Treasurer, said the auction will begin at 8 a.m. PST Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017, and end at noon PST Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017.

Property information organized by property account number is available at Clark County’s Property Information website at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer/real-property-auctions. 

Tax foreclosure properties are sold “as is” and without any guarantees or warranties.  Bidders are responsible for doing due-diligence researching the properties for sale.

A $2,500 deposit and $35 processing fee are required to bid on properties. The fees must be received by Bid4Assets no later than 1 p.m. Feb. 1, 2017.

Successful bidders must submit payment directly to Bid4Assets via wire transfer or cashier’s check within two business days after the foreclosure sale closes.
