Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

  12. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe concerning the Salmon Creek Reconnection Design project and parks master planning for the Gordy Jolma Family Natural Area.
     
  13. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 of Interagency Agreement No. C2000179 with the Washington State Department of Ecology to continue implementation of Status and Trends Monitoring of Urban Streams in Clark and Cowlitz Counties.

  1. Approval of final adopting Ordinance 2024-02-03 to amend three sections and add two new sections to Title 40 Clark County Unified Development Code to provide a process for fire districts in the county to impose, calculate, and assess Fire District Impact Fees. This was presented to the Council at a public hearing held on February 27, 2024.
     
  2. Approval of the updated Procurement Card Policy P-300.
     
  3. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Camas to develop a long-term partnership for management of the Lacamas Watershed and Lacamas/Round Lakes.
     
  4. Approval authorizing the Public Works Director to sign a Petition with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission associated with the Northwest 122nd Street Railroad Quiet Zone.
     
  5. Approval of the Final Order of Vacation for a portion of Northwest 111th Street Road Vacation; PRJ0002836.
