In June 2020, the Clark County Council adopted a resolution condemning racism in any form and committing to address it through intentional acts.
The council then joined with partner agencies YWCA Clark County, NAACP Vancouver, SW WA LULAC, and Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program in three listening sessions to learn about how systemic racism has impacted residents of Clark County.
Clark Vancouver TV recorded Sessions 1 and 2 on www.CVTV.org. Session 3 was not recorded. A summary of Session 3 without identifying details will be made available at a later date.
