Councilor District 4
Matt Little was elected as County Councilor of District 4 in November 2024 and took office in January 2025.
Councilor Little has a biology degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Councilor Little’s 30-year career includes positions at three federal agencies, senior advisor to members of Congress from both parties, including the late U.S. Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, and director of local nonprofit businesses focused on conservation and youth education.
In addition to serving on the Clark County Council, Councilor Little is currently the Policy Director for Ducks Unlimited in the western states and is co-chair of a hunter/angler coalition called the Washington Fish and Wildlife Conservation Partnership. He has served as a community leader on many local boards and collaboratives focused on finding practical solutions to natural resource management issues in the Pacific Northwest.
Councilor Little is an avid sportsman and lives in Camas with his wife and two daughters. He has a heart for public service and looks forward to working with the community to help make Clark County an even better place to live and work.
