Due to COVID-19 limitations council meetings will be held at 10 am until further notice. The WebEx information for the meetings can be found on the Meeting Agendas & Archives page.

Public meetings are held at 6 pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month, in the sixth-floor hearing room of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver. 

Work Sessions are held on the sixth-floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver. When scheduled, the meeting room for each work session is noted on the weekly calendar.

Hearing Notices

Public Hearing: The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 to consider the 2020 Final Budget Supplemental for COVID-19.

Public Hearing: The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 to review and hear comments on its 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) prior to its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Public Hearing: The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 to consider imposition of a sales tax increase for affordable housing and other services pursuant to HB 1590 (2020).

Public Hearing: The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 10 a.m. to consider an ordinance limiting the sale and use of fireworks in unincorporated Clark County to those designated as "safe and sane."

All meetings begin at 4pm and are held in the Clark County Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver, WA in Conference Room 698.

The Clark County Board of Health meetings scheduled for Nov. 27 and Dec. 25, 2019 have been cancelled due to lack of a quorum. The next meeting will take place at 9 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2019.

The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019 at 6 p.m. to consider precinct additions and precinct boundary adjustments to reflect annexation and precinct voter size.

The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020 at 6 p.m. to consider the County Engineer's Report on the advisability of vacation the right of way for a portion of NW 41st Ave and a portion of an unnamed, east-west road between NW 41st Ave and nW 44th Ave.

The Clark County Emergency Medical Service District #1 Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019 at 9:45am to consider the 2020 Levi Certification and Ordinance/Resolution for levying property taxes for EMS District #1.

The Clark County Board of Greater Clark Park District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019 at 10am to consider the adoption of the 2020 Greater Clark Parks District budget and property tax levy for 2020.

The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m. to consider the 2019 Fall Budget Supplemental amending the 2019 Annual Budget.

The Clark County Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Wed., Oct. 23, at 9 a.m. to consider revisions to Clark County Code 24..18.01 and CCC 24/18/020 related to Environmental Public Health fees.

The Emergency Medical Service District #2 Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 5:15 p.m. to hear a presentation from the City of Vancouver regarding system wide ambulance performance.

The Vancouver Library Capital Facility Area Board will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. for the purpose of discussing and accepting public comment on the 2020 Budget and levy certification.

The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. to consider an amendment to Sections 40.520.010 and 40.540.020 to remove a "court order" exemption to platting which is inconsistent with RCW 58.17.

The Clark County Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 10 a.m. to consider placing load restrictions for certain trucks on four (4) County-owned bridges to protect the public's investment and slow deterioration and aging of the structures: Bridge #11 Whipple Creek; Bridge #12 Knapps Station; Bridge #63 Carson; and Bridge #169 Matney South.
