Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement with Skamania County for an increase in per inmate daily bed rate. Additionally, request the Council’s preapproval for expense authority for the increase in the inmate daily bed rate.
     
  4. Request approval of a grant in the amount of $338,576 for Changing Behaviors to Reduce Nutrients and Pesticides in SW Washington from the Department of Ecology to be implemented through June 30, 2027.
     
  5. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State University Extension to meet deliverables in Ecology grant WQC-2025-CICoPW-00188.
     
  6. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a Professional Services Agreement with the Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians to meet deliverables in Ecology grant WQC-2025-CICoPW-00188.
