Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Also, request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign resulting contracts with the service provider: 2 Watch Monitoring (2WM).
6. Authorize the County Manager to enter an Interlocal Agreement with Educational Service District 112 for parking, fuel, and associated repair services.
7. Approval of a publication of Notice to Contractors requesting bids for the 2022 ADA Compliance Project, CRP #301322 / PRJ0000817.

1. Approval of a Joint Aquatic Resources Application (JARPA) between Clark County and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for lease of aquatic property adjacent to Vancouver Lake Regional Park.
2. Request signature on two letters of support for the Lower East Fork Lewis Floodplain Reclamation Project sponsored by the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership requesting the Washington State Legislature approve adequate Floodplains by Design funding for the project.
3. Approval of a resolution naming Columbia Land Trust as the sole-source vendor for the Backyard Habitat Certification Program.
