Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

8. Approval of salary realignment for multiple Sheriff’s Office Support, effective Jan. 1, 2020.
9. Approval to submit a renewal grant application to the Washington State Department of Ecology for Local Source Control. Also, request approval authorizing the Public Health Director to sign all resulting agreements or amendments related to the grant. Total anticipated remuneration is $175,500.

Separate Business:
1. Approval to add four 24-month project positions consisting of 1.0 FTE Program Coordinator II, 1.0 FTE Program Coordinator I, 1.0 FTE Senior Management Analyst, 1.0 FTE Grant Accounting Specialist; and increase an existing 12-month project position of 1.0 Program Coordinator II to 24 months; to perform duties associated with the coordination of American Rescue Plan and other COVID-related state and federal funding to be received by Clark County and implementation of related contracts expected through March 2023.
2. Approval of two contracts with the City of Vancouver for coordination and operational support of a COVID-19 vaccination point-of-dispensing (POD) site at the former Tower Mall site. Further request approval for the Public Health Director to sign any resulting amendments.
3. Approval to submit a grant proposal to the Washington Safety Commission Walker and/or Roller Safety Enhancement Projects to fund a bike safety campaign.
4. Approval of a resolution authorizing the purchase of a ChemImage VeroVision Mail Scanner and waiving the competitive negotiation requirements of RCW 39.04.270 due to a sole source purchase.
