2026 Property Tax Exemption Application Assistance
The Clark County Assessor’s office property tax exemption specialists will be available to assist qualified property owners with their property tax exemption applications, from scanning in required documentation, to submitting the application on their behalf.
To schedule an appointment for the event, call 564.397.2391 or email taxreduction@clark.wa.gov. Walk-ins also are welcome. Homeowners interested in attending should bring photo ID, federal tax return, W-2 and/or 1099, and any deduction documentation.
