About the Joint Lobby
The Joint Lobby is a unique partnership between the Clark County Assessor, Auditor, and Treasurer Offices.
Staff are trained to handle the most common services for all three offices in one convenient place, making it easier and faster for customers to get help.
We work closely with the Auditor, Treasurer, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) teams to provide accurate information and efficient service to the community.
Notice: The Joint Lobby on the second floor of the Public Service Center is currently operating in a virtual format. The GIS Map Store is closed to in‑person visits.
Location and Hours of Operation
The Joint Lobby is located at 1300 Franklin Street Vancouver, WA 98660 on the second floor.
Hours of operation for in-person services are Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and closed on Friday.
Additionally all three offices are available by phone Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
