Residential Property

Residential properties are properties and lands zoned and/or used for single-family purposes, including duplexes, condominiums, mobile homes, etc. For residential properties, please click the button, complete, and submit  the mailing address request form.

Commercial Property

Commercial properties are properties that are zoned and/or used for commercial purposes, including retail, restaurants, offices, etc. For commercial properties, please click the button, complete, and submit the mailing address request form.

Business Personal Property

Business personal property (BPP) are business assets that are used to conduct a business and are taxed. For BPP accounts, please use the button to the right to email the business personal property appraiser to update the account. 
You may also email them directly at personal.property@clark.wa.gov with your property ID and request.
