9. Request approval to accept funds awarded from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission Officer Wellness grant to support corrections officers and staff in Clark County Jail. Also, request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the grant contract and any resulting amendments. Recognize the need for a budget-neutral supplemental during the 2025 fall supplemental. 
    
10. Request approval of a resolution for the temporary road closure of Northeast 159th Street from the intersection with Northeast 182nd Avenue to the Hockinson High School entrance on Northeast Parkinen Road for the Hockinson High School Homecoming Parade, on September 26, 2025, for a period not to exceed on hour.
     
11. Request approval of a resolution for the temporary road closure of Northeast 115th Avenue between Northeast 104th Street and Northeast 105th Street to widen the roadway, not to exceed 30 days.

1. Request approval authorizing Community Services to amend existing contract number 2022-BHH-09 with the Vancouver Housing Authority to reallocate remaining funds from the 2023 Substitute House Bill 1406 funding for the St. Helens, Crown Villa, and Arbor Ridge/Arbor Creek/Mill Creek rehab project to the Weaver Creek Commons project and authorize the County Manager to sign the contract modification upon approval as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
    
2. Request approval for the County Manager to develop and sign an interlocal funding agreement between Clark County and Vancouver Housing Authority to provide gap funding to support Weaver Creek Commons.
    
3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a five-year contract and any future amendments with Keefe Commissary Network, LLC for Inmate Commissary Services. Recognize the need for additional expense and revenue authority during the next scheduled 2025 supplemental process.
    
4. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Otak, Inc. (Agreement No. SCN00001516) to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2027, and increase the total contract amount by $108,435.79.
    
5. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to execute a Memorandum of Agreement between Clark County and the Federal Bureau of Investigation concerning the Firearms Range at the former Camp Bonneville Military Reservation.
