1. Request preapproval of a one-time budget increase and authorize the County Manager to sign Amendment No. 7 to SCS Engineers maintenance and monitoring agreement written under RFP 854 for the 2027 budget and scope.

2. Request approval to amend the professional services agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for Phase II of the North County Recycling and Transfer Station siting study; Phase II will be funded through Special Revenue Fund 6318 (regional solid waste system funds) and has an expected cost of $1,606,526 over the next three years. Approval is also requested for the County Manager to sign the amended agreement and any subsequent amendments.

3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the Memorandum of Understanding of Cooperation with the Cowlitz Tribe, under Jones Creek Fish Passage Design Project (CRP 301612/PRJ 0001056).
