Further, request approval authorizing the Public Health Director to sign any resulting agreements or amendments. It is anticipated that Public Health staff will conduct 20 inspections with compensation amounting to $591 per inspection to cover staffing costs. Total remuneration of $11,820 per year with the anticipated start date of June 14, 2021.
8. Approval of a Notice to Contractors requesting bids for the Felida Park Parking Lot and Children’s Play Area project #0000138.

1. Approval to apply for grant funding from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) to perform program efficacy analysis of the Department’s opioid overdose and syringe services program. Remuneration is up to $98,750. Also request approval authorizing the Public Health Director to sign the grant agreement an any resulting amendments.
2. Approval to add a 0.75 FTE Environmental Operations Specialist position and a 1.0 FTE Program Assistant position to Public Health’s Solid Waste team and recognize an expansion of the Local Solid Waste Financial Assistance (LSWFA) State grant allocation received by the Solid Waste fund.
