9. Approval of federal funding contracts for the NE Delfel Road (NE 179th Street – NE 184th Street) project (CRP No. 310122).
10. Approval of a Notice to Contractors requesting bids for the NE 68th Street Sidewalk (Highway 99 to NE St. Johns Road) project (CRP No. 372122).

3. Approval of final Ordinance 2023-01-08 pertaining to twenty (20) biannual code change items, most of which relate to development regulations in Title 40. The public hearing was held on Jan. 17, 2023.
4. Approval to designate signing authority of all Data Sharing Agreements from the County Council to the County Manager.
5. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interlocal agreement with the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department for the purpose of plan reviews for the School Health & Safety (SH&S) Program and assist in training the Clark County SH&S team on the plan review process for the duration of the team becoming proficient in the review process. There will be no cost to Clark County for this agreement.
6. Ratification of Staff Report #SR2023-1822, which was previously approved on January 18, 2023 by the County Manager. This provides permission to apply for a certification in Infection Control scholarship opportunity from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) to support three staff in obtaining entry-level certification in Infection Control. The total anticipated funding amount is approximately $2,500. Also, request approval authorizing the Public Health Director to sign the grant agreement and any resulting amendments.
7. Approval to accept funds from Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health (SWACH) to develop an evaluation plan and logic model for their work implementing naloxone vending machines. The total anticipated funding amount is $16,500. Also, request approval authorizing the Public Health Director to sign the contract and amendments.
