Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the Master Interlocal Service Agreement with Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) and any resulting amendments. Also, authorize participating department directors to sign related task orders.
     
  4. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 with Northwest Staffing Resources for temporary personnel services. This amendment shall extend the length of the contract period beginning June 19, 2025 and ending June 20, 2027.
     
  5. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the Interagency Agreement between Washington State Office of Public Defense and Clark County Public Defense, as well as any resulting amendments. Additionally, request preapproval for revenue and expense authority associated with this agreement.
     
  6. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interagency Agreement between Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and Clark County in the amount of $5,000. WSDOT is partnering with municipalities across the state to procure consultation services to create a series of “low distortion” map projections for use by county staff and the public.
     
  7. Request approval of an Interagency Agreement between Clark County and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources to establish a forward operating base for helicopter operations at Camp Bonneville

Separate Business:

  1. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a three-year lease agreement and any resulting amendments with Veterans for Foreign Wars (VFW) for an office suite at the Center for Community Health, located at 1601 East Fourth Plain Boulevard, Building 17, Vancouver, Washington. (Updated 5/19/25 @ 4:14PM)

  2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the updated Interagency Agreement between the Washington state Department of Ecology and Clark County Public Health. The agreement delineates the responsibilities of Ecology and Public Health with respect to regulatory oversight of the Leichner Landfill site. Also request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign any resulting amendments.

  3. Request approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Clark County and C-TRAN for property acquisition, ownership, permitting, transit signal priority, fiber and operation of Bus Rapid Transit Stations and related facilities for the Highway 99 Bus Rapid Transit Project.
     
  4. Request approval to adjust budget allocations to accommodate staff expansion within the Clerk’s Office, Superior Court, and Public Defense, as a result of the Brockman Facility and increased revenue from BH-ASO and HCA related to Involuntary Treatment cases. Item Pulled
