Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

  7. Approval of a Notice to Contractors requesting bids for the 2024 Surface Seals projects, PRJ0002861 and authorize the County Manager to execute any extensions or change orders on behalf of Clark County.

Separate Business:

  1. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a service agreement, supplemental agreements and if necessary, extending the duration of the agreement and increasing the original contract amount by up to 10 percent with MacKay & Sposito, Inc. for Engineering Design Services on the NE Ward Road and NE Davis Road Intersection Improvement project for a total not to exceed $781,702.88.
     
  2. Approval authorizing the County Manager to award the 2024 Joint Agency Slurry Seal project, (PRJ0002860) and execute any extension on behalf of Clark County. Further, authorize the County Manager, or their assigned delegate, to execute any change order on behalf of Clark County.
     
  3. Approval of a Notice of Hearing and Resolution directing the County Engineer to review the petition to vacate a portion of NE Elliott Road and set a public hearing date of May 7, 2024; PRJ0002411.
