  5. Approval of a resolution, under the terms of the interlocal agreement between Clark County and the City of Vancouver, that authorizes $226,200 of PEG Capital Support Funds to be used to reimburse subscribers of Comcast Business Services monthly transport fees.
     
  6. Approval of Resolution 2024-05-05 relating to the adoption of the 20-year allocation of population, housing, and employment for Clark County’s 2025 Comprehensive Plan periodic update pursuant to RCW 36.70A.140. This was presented to the Council at a public hearing held on May 7, 2024.
     
  7. Pre-approval to commit $50,000 of one-time General Fund expense budget allocation for the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC) to support matching funds of an additional $50,000 from the Economic Development Administration if awarded Planning Grant. These funds would be used by CREDC to hire an economic development consultant to review potential industrial sites in Clark County, including sites located along the PVJR railroad.
     
  8. Approval a revised Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Clark County and Clark County Sheriff’s Office Support Guild. This was previously approved on May 7, 2024 (Staff Report # SR 104-24); however, it was realized that “Exhibit B – Salary Schedules” had the incorrect tables for 2023 and 2024. The corrected version of Exhibit B is now included with the CBA.
     
  9. Approval of a fee reduction for the Klineline Kid’s Fishing Derby for the Klineline Kids Fishing non-profit.

Separate Business:

  1. Approval of one-time General Fund dollars in the amount of $6,300 for facilitation services to support Ending Community Homelessness Organization (ECHO) for an additional three months. NOT APPROVED
     
  2. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute a contract with Diversified for services related to audio and visual upgrades in the Hearing and Training rooms, as well as the purchase of additional microphones. Also, delegate authority to the County Manager to sign any resulting amendments.
     
  3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute a three-year contract with Reid Middleton, Inc., and any resulting amendments, for commercial structural plan review services. Also, request approval of ongoing costs related to these services.
     
  4. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute a three-year contract with NCCHC Resources, a subsidiary of National Commission on Correctional Health Care for medical contract monitoring. Also, authorize the County Manager to sign
    any resulting amendments.
     
  5. Approval authorizing the County Manager to accept the Warranty Deed and execute a Purchase and Sales Agreement from Ridgefield School District No. 122 for tax parcel number 181223-000.
