Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and accept an Interagency Agreement between the City of Battle Ground and Clark County for reimbursement of funds associated with the deployment of the Chief Administrative Deputy to provide for a temporary part-time assignment (Interim Chief of Police) to the Battle Ground Police Department beginning January 1, 2024, until March 31, 2024, for no less than 24 hours per week.

Separate Business:

  1. Approval to award grant funds in the amount of $588,952.15 from the PEG Capital Support Fund to TV ETC, and CVTV.
     
  2. Approval authorizing the County Manager to enter into a Range Use Agreement with Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission for the use of the Clark County 192nd Shooting Range located at 902 NE 192nd Avenue, Vancouver, Washington, and any resulting amendments.
     
  3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign professional services consultant agreement SCN00002880 with Exeltech Consulting, Inc. to provide design services for the Railroad Roadbed Rehabilitation Project (MP 14.12 to MP 33.1), PRJ0002315. If needed, an option to extend the duration of the agreement and increase the original contract amount by up to 10 percent is available to the County and consultant.

  1. Possible consideration of the Council’s decision on the motion to adopt the flat rate on the General Fund Subordinate Levies decided on Dec. 5, 2023.

    The Council voted unanimously to rescind their vote of Dec. 5, 2023 in which they adopted the Flat Rate. A motion was made to approve the Proportional Rate and passed unanimously.
     
  2. Request approval of the amended Temporary Agreement for the State Administration of Clark County Tourism Promotion Area fees (previously approved by the Council on Nov. 14, 2023).
     
  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the quote document and contract from Axon Enterprise Inc. for Justice Premier Software. This software will assist with the handling and storing evidence related to the newly implemented bodycam programs from county law enforcement agencies.
