Separate Business
1.
Request approval of contracts for temporary personnel services with NW Staffing and 22nd Century Technologies, Inc., as outlined in Proposal #852.
2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign thirteen professional services task assignment contracts of $200,000 or less with eleven firms for environmental permitting and natural resources services. The sum of all contracts will not to exceed $3,000,000.
3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement in the amount of $720,000 and also sign a Quitclaim Deed, and other necessary documents, to surplus an undeveloped portion of Hockinson Meadows Community Park totaling approximately 40 acres to the Hockinson School District for siting a future school.
