Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Request approval of a resolution authorizing the County Manager to execute Amendment No. P00017 to the Environmental Services Cooperative Agreement No. W9128F-06-2-0160 between Clark County and the United States of America concerning the clean-up of the former Camp Bonneville Military Reservation.

Separate Business 

  1. Request approval to award 2025 grant funds in the amount of $615,694.07 from the PEG Capital Support Fund to TV ETC, and CVTV.  
     
  2. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign Amendment No. 1 with Angelo Property Company, LP for the 210 East 13th Street Building Lease Agreement and any resulting amendments.
     
  3. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Vancouver and Clark County associated with the Hazel Dell Avenue and Burnt Bridge Creek Trail Crossing Project
     
  4. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign four professional services task assignment contracts of $300,000 with two firms for Hydraulic Engineering and two firms for Geotechnical Engineering emergency needs services. The sum of all contracts will not exceed $1,200,000.
