Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

3. Approval to increase an Environmental Health Specialist II for the Pollutions Protection Assistance program from .60 FTE to 1.0 FTE. The position will continue to be funded by the Washington Department of Ecology with increased grant funding, effective July 1, 2022.
4. Approval of a Notice to Contractors requesting bids for the 2022 Preservation ADA Improvements – Group 1 project; Project No. 0000818, County Road Project No. 301422.
5. Approval of federal funding contracts (Project Prospectus and Local Agency Agreement) for the Day Break Bridge No. 273 project located at Northeast Daybreak Road at Hyatt Road (Mile Post 11.09), County Road Project No. 320222.
6. Approval of federal funding contracts (Project Prospectus and Local Agency Agreement) for the Matney South Bridge No. 169 project located at Northeast 232nd Avenue at Matney Creek, County Road Project No. 320422.
7. Approval of federal funding contracts (Project Prospectus and Local Agency Agreement) for the Whipple, Knapps, and Carson Bridge bundle project (various locations), County Road Project No. 320322.

Separate Business:
1. Approval of a resolution for the formation of the Ending Community Homelessness Organization (ECHO).
2. Approval to apply for a new grant opportunity with Washington State Department of Ecology for the 2023-25 Oversight Remedial Action Grants and Loans, Area-wide Groundwater Investigation Grants, and Safe Drinking Water Action Grants for up to $500,000; no local match is required. Also, if successful, request the addition of a 1.0 FTE Environmental Health Specialist II revenue position. In addition, request authorization for the County Manager to sign any resulting agreements and amendments.
3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to accept a Warranty Deed from Kolosford Parks, LLC for Tax Parcel No. 147727-000.
4. Approval of Clark Regional Wastewater District’s request to annex an area identified as Annexation 02-20 to their Service Area Boundary, which was added to the Urban Growth Area during the county’s 2007 Growth Management Act update.
