Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online.

Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Request approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Cascadia Consulting Group to complete a comprehensive study of mixed municipal solid waste generated in and initially disposed of within Clark County, Washington using Solid Waste fund balance. Also, request approval for the County Manager to sign the agreement and any resulting amendments. Total expected remuneration $321,046. Request approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for the north county transfer station siting study, funded by Regional Solid Waste System funds.
