Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

8. Approval of the existing classification Program Assistant for LiUNA Local 335 Health Care Division and assign it to the proposed pay range Local 335.508.
9. Approval to close the Juvenile Court revolving checking account.
10. Approval of a Notice to Contractors requesting bids for construction of NE 134th Street Adaptive Traffic Signals project, PRJ #0000608/CRP #301122.
11. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a Class IV Work Crew Master Agreement with the Washington State Department of Corrections to provide offender work crew services to supplement Vegetation Management activities in Clark County.

Separate Business:
 Approval of a fund balance policy for the Real Estate Excise Tax Fund 3083 (REET 2).
2. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement to renew the Southwest Washington Workforce Investment Area along with Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties, effective July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2025.
3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the City of La Center and Clark County for the Clark County Microbial Identification and Source Tracing for La Center IDDE Project.
4. Approval to 1) adopt the Curtin Creek Community Park Master Plan; 2) authorize the County Manager to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Robertson Engineering to complete design and construction documents for Curtin Creek Community Park; and 3) authorize the County Manager to sign supplemental agreements to extend the duration and increase the contract amount by up to 10 percent.
5. Approval of a resolution relating to a Washington State Public Works Board low-interest loan for construction activities on the NE 99th Street (NE 94th Avenue – Vicinity of NE 117th Avenue (SR503) project.
