Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 

Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

7. Approval to extend PM1 project position P003118 for COVID response through March 31, 2022, supported through COVID-19 grant revenue.
8. Approval to extend an Administrative Assistant project position P003119 through April 30, 2022 supported through COVID-19 grant revenue. Further, permission for the County Manager to approve future extensions as necessary not to exceed 24 total months of project work. The position will continue to be supported through COVID-19 departmental grant funding.
9. Approval of a Local Agency Participating Agreement #GCB 3605 with Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the SR 500 NE 182nd Avenue Intersection Improvements; CRP No. 390622.
10. Approval of a RCO grant Applicant Resolution/Authorization form for the Mill Creek Barrier Improvement Project (NE 259th street at NE 61st Avenue); CRP No. 314122.

Separate Business
1. Approval of a 3J Consulting, Inc. contract amendment to extend the contract end date and increase the budget for the Housing Options Study and Action Plan.
2. Approval to execute a resolution designating Robert D. Klug, PE as County Engineer.
