Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

-To consider the Planning Commission’s Recommendation to amend the Comprehensive Growth Management Plan Arterial Atlas Map. The proposal is to reclassify certain streets and modify the alignments of future roads, which improve transportation mobility and safety on county roads.

- A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning designation from Commercial (NC) to Urban Medium Density Residential (R-22) on six parcels, which are cumulatively 4.21 acres (104530004, 104530040, 104600000, 104530016, 104530041, and 104530002).
2. CPZ 2020-00010 Promenade North Webpage *Denied

- A proposal to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning from Commercial (Community Commercial) to Urban High Density Residential (R -30) on one parcel (20020000). The parcel is currently split zoned with R-30 and CC zoning and is 3.45 acres.
3. CPZ 2020-00008 Countywide Polices Webpage *Approved
- Presentation
- Recognize the Cowlitz Indian Tribe as a federally recognized tribe in the Comprehensive Plan to ensure that the Tribe is part of the project coordination process under the Growth Management Act. Establish a density target of 4 units per net residential acre for the portion of the City of Woodland within Clark County and provide a policy regarding the Woodland Urban Growth Area (UGA).
