Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

3. Approval authorizing the County Manager to accept a Bargain and Sale Deed from Columbia Land Trust for the donation of 24,224 square feet of land as part of a grant conversion.
4. Approval authorizing the Interim County Manager to sign the First Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Washougal Police Department regarding service coverage for Jemtegaard Middle School and Columbia Gorge Elementary school, changing the flat rate fee from $14,000 to $7,000 annually due to the decrease in service calls during the COVID-19 pandemic.
