Clark County Council meetings are open to the public, in person or online. 
 


Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually. 

For meeting dates and times, please see the County Council Calendar or the Weekly Calendar on our Meeting Information page. 

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Separate Business:
1. Approval of a Joint Resolution of the Clark County and Klickitat and Skamania Boards of County Commissioners to appoint Kelsi Gilkey as Clark County's designee to Position 7 on the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Board of Trustee's, effective immediately and expiring Dec. 31, 2021.
2. Approval to set a public hearing for Oct. 20, 2020 for the purpose of presenting, discussing and approving the 2020 Fall Supplemental appropriation.
3. Approval to apply for the enrollment as a Mentee in the National Association of County and City Health Officials Mentor Program. Funding of up to $14,400 may be awarded to the mentee. Requesting approval to authorize the Public Health Director to sign any resulting agreements or amendments.
4. Approval to apply for the AFDO-managed Retail Program Standards Grant Program through the Association of Food & Drug Officials. Total remuneration would be up to $3,000. Requesting approval to authorize the Public Health Director to sign any resulting agreements or amendments.
5. Approval authorizing the departments of Public Health and Public Works to partner with Clark County Conservation District to submit a Water Quality Improvement grant application to the Washington State Department of Ecology.
6. Approval to authorize the County Manager to sign a Statutory Warranty Deed from Clark County to the City of Vancouver for the sale of 35.16 acres, which is part of the Leichner master plan and is commonly knows as the Koski Campus. Tax Parcel Numbers 105740-000; 199863-000; 199845-000; 199864-000.
7. Approval to submit a grant proposal to the Washington State Department of Ecology to fund a Northeast Highway 99 water quality retrofit stormwater capital project.
8. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interlocal agreement between the City of Camas and Clark County for the Fallen Leaf Lake Monitoring Project.
9. Approval authorizing the County Manager to sign a contract amendment to the contract between Clark County and Wire Works LLC for the instillation of specialized emergency vehicle equipment.
10. Approval of an interlocal agreement with the City of Vancouver and the joint application for the 2020 Justice Assistance Grant program award.
