Council Meetings are held in a hybrid format. You can join in person, on the 6th floor of the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, WA 98666, or virtually.

If you would like to participate in public comment, you can come to the Public Service Center 6th floor Hearing Room, provide comment over the phone, or by logging into WebEx.

Fourth Plain Blvd, Building 17, Vancouver Washington.

  8. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign the Third Amendment to Arborscape LTD, Inc. for tree pruning and removal services (SCN00002265).
  9. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign an interagency agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology, and any future amendments, for noxious weed control provided by the Washington Conservation Corps, at a cost not to exceed $70,635.

  10. Request approval to repurpose 2024 baseline controllable budget for the Parks Division to purchase a 3-in-one compressor/generator/welder.

Separate Business:

  1. Request approval authorizing the County Manager to sign and execute a three-year contract, and any resulting amendments, with Voya Financial for Group Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Insurance coverage. The county will realize savings from this vendor change.

  2. Request approval of a Notice of Hearing and Resolution directing the County Engineer to review the petition to vacate a portion of Northeast 45th Avenue and set a public hearing date of January 28, 2025 (Project Number PRJ0003507).

  3. Request approval to create a capital project and authorize the County Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and to sign a deed and other necessary closing documents to acquire 51.91 acres near Daybreak Regional Park along the East Fork Lewis River.

  4. Request approval of Clark Regional Wastewater District’s Request to annex an area (identified as Annexation 01-24) to their Service Area Boundary. (added on 10/22, 2:44pm)
