9. Request approval of an interlocal agreement with the City of Vancouver and the joint application for the 2021 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program award. The grant funds of $53,917 can be used by local law enforcement to promote initiatives, cover the cost of technical assistance, training, equipment, and information systems.
10. Request approval of an interlocal agreement with the City of Vancouver and the joint application for the 2022 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program award. The grant funds of $120,575 can be used by local law enforcement to promote initiatives, cover the cost of technical assistance, training, equipment, and information systems.
11. Request approval of 2023 budget adjustments for the Merwin/Yale/Swift Lakes marine enforcement contract with PacifiCorp.
12. Request approval to accept a grant in the amount of $98,840.64 from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission to create a pilot program to implement a Holistic Office Wellness pilot program. This grant will provide a budget-neutral opportunity to support deputies’ mental, physical, and emotional health.
