2019 August Primary and Special Election Information

General Information

Only voters in Council District 4, cities of Battle Ground, Vancouver and Town of Yacolt; Vancouver and Green Mountain School Districts; Emergency Management Services District 1 and East County Fire and Rescue will receive  ballots for the upcoming August 6 Primary.

Ballots will be mailed July 19. Please expect them to arrive in your mailbox no later than July 25.
