Tracking your ballot is easier than ever!

Sign up for text notifications when you register or update your info at VoteWA.gov. 

Or text VOTE to 868392 to sign up for ballot status text alerts!

1. Receive text message updates on the status of your ballot. You will receive notices when your ballot is received, when it is accepted, or if there is a problem with your ballot that requires action from you. If there is a problem with your ballot, you will still be notified by mail in addition to receiving a text message.

2. To cancel text messaging service, text "STOP" to the 868392. We will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can resubscribe at any time by returning to the online Voter Portal. 

3. If you are experiencing issues with VoteWA text messages, text "HELP" for help or call (800) 448-4881. You may also contact Clark County Elections Office at 564-397-2345 or email elections@clark.wa.gov. 

4. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You will receive a message when your ballot issuance is received, accepted, or rejected by your county election department. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

With the ballot tracker in VoteWA, you can track your ballot for each election from the time we mail it to you to the time we receive and accept it for counting!

If your ballot tracking status is "challenged," Clark County Elections will contact you by mail to inform you of the specific issue and how to resolve it. If we have your phone number and/or email on file, we will also attempt to get in touch with you using these means of contact. Please respond quickly to correct the situation so your ballot can be counted.
