Cancel your voter registration

Download and complete the Cancellation form* and return it to the Elections Office.

Report a deceased voter

Any registered voter can complete the Cancellation of Deceased Voter form and return it to the Elections Office to report the death of another registered voter.

Email the completed form to the Elections Office at elections@clark.wa.gov or mail it to:
