In person: 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver. In-person filings are accepted beginning at 8 am on Monday, Dec 8th through 5 pm, Friday, Dec 12th.
By email: Email your completed Declaration of Candidacy to elections@clark.wa.gov. Email filings are accepted beginning at 8 am on Monday, Dec 8th through 5 pm, Friday, Dec 12th.
By mail: Clark County Elections, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666. Mail filings accepted starting Dec 1st through Dec 12th, however, they will be held and not processed until the beginning of candidate filing week.
