Aug. 1 primary and special election voter registration deadlines

Beginning Friday, July 14, Clark County Elections will mail ballots to all eligible registered voters residing within the City of Battle Ground, City of Woodland, Clark County Fire District 3 and Clark County Fire District 4.

If a voter does not receive a ballot by Thursday, July 20, they should contact the Elections Office at 564.397.2345 to request a replacement ballot. Although replacement ballots may be requested in person at the Elections Office, staff encourages voters to request a replacement by email or by phone. After July 18, replacement ballots may also be requested or accessed electronically at to print out and return by mail or drop box.

The last day to submit new voter registrations and voter updates to existing registrations online or by mail is 5 pm Monday, July 24.

Voters may still register and update existing voter registrations after July 24, but must do so in person by 8 pm Tuesday, Aug. 1. The Elections Office is located at 1408 Franklin St. in downtown Vancouver and is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm and from 7 am to 8 pm on Election Day.

The process of preparing the ballot tabulation system which produces election results will begin at 7:15 pm on Election Day, Tuesday, Aug. 1. Results will be posted on around 8:15 pm.
