Vancouver, Wash. ‒ At 2 pm on Thursday, Dec. 19, the Clark County Elections Office will conduct an acceptance test of its tabulation equipment.

The Hart Verity tabulation equipment has been upgraded to the newest federally and state certified version. As part of the implementation, a mock election will be tabulated using official ballots, marked with a pre-determined outcome. This acceptance test will be conducted to test the programming of ballots, scanning, resolution and tabulation of the equipment.

The test will be held at the Elections Office, 1408 Franklin St. Members of the news media, jurisdictions and the general public are invited to attend this test.
